Prior to forming The West Coast Bankruptcy Attorneys, Ryan C. Wood was the Staff Counsel for
David Burchard, the Chapter 13 Trustee for the Santa Rosa and San Francisco Divisions of the United States
Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California. As Staff Counsel for Mr. Burchard, Mr. Wood
conducted Section 341 meetings of the creditors, confirmation hearings and litigated abuses of the
bankruptcy process. There are few consumer bankruptcy attorneys in the Bay Area with this experience. Prior
to working for David Burchard, Mr. Wood was the Managing Attorney for the San Francisco and San Jose offices
of one of the largest consumer bankruptcy law firms in the United States.
Mr. Wood has administered and represented clients in hundreds of
bankruptcy cases, discharging millions of dollars of debt, saving homes and helping clients get rid of
burdensome debt so they can live happy healthy lives. Mr. Wood is proud to be not only a San Francisco bankruptcy lawyer, but represent
residents of the Bay Area in the Santa Rosa Division, Oakland Division and San Jose Division of the
